Find an Agent
Moving Somewhere I Don’t Work?
Get matched with a vetted local agent. Free to you.
I work Boise and the Treasure Valley. Anywhere else, I find you an agent.
People ask me for help with moves to places I don’t work. I don’t sell or lease homes there, and I won’t pretend to. What I do is find a licensed agent who works there, check them myself, introduce you, and stay in touch until you’re settled.
What the match includes
- An introduction to a licensed agent who works where you are going, picked for what you are doing: buying, selling or renting.
- A license check on the public record where they work, before I introduce anyone.
- A conversation with me first, so the agent starts with what you have already told me.
- Me in touch through the move. If the fit is wrong, tell me and I will find someone else.
What it costs
Nothing to you. If you buy, sell or lease with the agent I introduce, their brokerage pays mine (eXp Realty, LLC) a referral fee out of its side of the deal. You agree your own terms with the agent, as you would anyway. The fee never decides which agent I introduce.
How It Works
- 1
Tell Me Where
The town, whether you’re buying, selling or renting, when, and a rough price range.
- 2
I Talk With You
A short call or email, so I know what you need before I look for anyone.
- 3
I Vet an Agent
A licensed agent who works there and does what you need. I check the license and talk with them myself.
- 4
The Introduction
I introduce you both, with what you’ve told me, so you don’t start over.
- 5
I Stay in Touch
Through the move. If the fit is wrong, I find someone else.

Outside the United States
eXp Realty lists these markets beside its home market in the United States: Australia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Dubai, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Israel, Italy, Mexico, New Zealand, Panama, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, South Africa, Spain and United Kingdom.
A referral abroad goes broker to broker through eXp’s network. I introduce you to an agent there and stay your contact here. Somewhere not on that list? Ask anyway, and I’ll tell you plainly if I can’t find someone I’d stand behind.

Questions
- Do you sell homes there yourself?
- No. I work in Boise and the Treasure Valley, and I won’t pretend to know another market street by street. I find you an agent who does, and stay in touch while you work with them.
- Do I pay anything for this?
- No. If you buy, sell or lease with the agent I introduce, their brokerage pays mine a referral fee out of its side of the deal. The fee is between the two brokerages. You agree your own terms with the agent, as you would anyway, and the fee never decides which agent I introduce.
- How do you pick the agent?
- I look for an agent who works that area and does what you need. I check the license is active on the public record and talk with them myself before I introduce you. If I can’t find someone I’d stand behind, I’ll tell you that instead.
- What if it doesn’t work out?
- Tell me. You are never obliged to keep working with the agent I introduce, and I’ll find someone else if you want me to.
Moving to Boise or the Treasure Valley? That one is mine: moving to Boise and the market pages.
